Resort, our mountain top location, at 2,600' above sea level, allows
you to enjoy the peaceful seclusion and beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains
yet our area offers a variety of attractions and things to do during your
stay with us.
For the outdoor enthusiast,
the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just a short drive away.
A hiker's paradise, the park offers over 800 miles of trails. The Cades
Cove Motor Loop surrounds the earliest settlement in the Smokies and
enables motorists to stop and visit each of the early homes and settlement.
The Loop is closed to vehicles until 10:00 AM on Wednesday and Saturday
mornings allowing cyclists and runners to take advantage of this peaceful
commune with nature.
Horseback Riding
is now available just a few minutes from our Resort. Take a guided trail
ride and enjoy the mountains from a different perspective.
Nearby Pigeon Forge
is home to Dolly Parton's famous "Dollywood " featuring rides and attractions,
themed shopping, and authentic Smoky Mountain Crafts. In addition, Pigeon
Forge and Sevierville host numerous outlet malls with great bargains
everyday.
In Gatlinburg you'll
find over 400 unique shops of artisans, galleries and boutiques. In season,
ski Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort or take the tram to view the colorful Fall
foliage. Visit Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Gatlinburg's newest
venue and dine in one of the many unique restaurants within walking distance
from most attractions and shops.
